Why Republic Forge exists
Students are expected to earn money, use credit, evaluate claims, vote, understand institutions, and make life-changing decisions. Many reach those moments without a clear introduction to how the pieces fit together.
Republic Forge is built to close that gap in plain language. The goal is not to hand readers a political identity or a perfect formula. It is to give them enough knowledge to ask better questions, see tradeoffs, and choose responsibly.
About Jonathan Clevenger
Jonathan Clevenger is a twenty-year U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and the founder of Republic Forge. His military career included service with the 82nd Airborne Division, the Asymmetric Warfare Group, and the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights.
After retiring from the Army, he began studying the financial, civic, and historical systems most people are expected to navigate without ever receiving a complete explanation. That work became the foundation for the Republic Forge book series.
The standard
Republic Forge separates verified facts from opinion, presents uncertainty honestly, and avoids telling readers what conclusion they must reach. The work should remain useful even when the reader disagrees with the author.
Know the truth. Carry the cost. Live free. Leave it better.
